This scheme will be particularly harsh on pawrents that leave their dogs' poop unattended after walks

Initiated by Alliance Councillor Jenna Maghie, the violators of the scheme will have to pay hefty fines up to £1000, which is no doubt a huge sum of money to have any one worried

Having had enough with the constant complaints regarding dog fouling, this pilot scheme has been decided to be launched in the Orminston area first

"This new pilot will use stencils to paint temporary messages on the footpath outside a number of schools in the Ormiston area", Councillor Maghie stated in her recent interview

She also stated, "Owners who do not pick up after their dog could be fined up to £1000, but I'm confident this pilot scheme will prove to be a success."
