1. All dogs should be leashed when taken to public settings, such as parks, malls, shops, etc

2. The dog should always be within 10 meters of distance from the walker when outside

3. It is the handler's responsibility to ensure that the dog does not ward off of its trail or goes into "No Pet Allowed" zones

4. The handler should pick up after their canine and always have a pack of waste bags handy

5. The owner/dog walker will be responsible solely if the canine gets loose or attacks another dog or person when on a walk
