In the clip Lumi, the white Samoyed can be found sitting quite comfortably with his head and front paws out and resting on her owner's shoulder

Apparently Lumi "loves being carried" and remains "pretty calm" when inside the backpack stated Hornung

And while many loved the way the dog was being carried around, others were quick to question the action

For those who are unaware, the MTA's Rules of Conducts & Fines state that, "No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container"

And even though the regulation is for the safety of the public, pet parents and disabled handlers have a hard time complying to this particular law

However with Hornung's witty and creative solution, now pet parents can also try the same trick to travel with their canine friends

In reality the clip is a great demonstration of respectfully following the laws while not leaving your furry friend behind
