A Lancashire Staffie owner has been booked under Animal Welfare Act pertaining to severely neglected canine's condition

One of the vets concluded that even after extensive treatments the pup's health was so deteriorated that the best thing to do was to put him to sleep

While the pup unfortunately passed away after having had to face immense pain all his life, Ian Podomore has been banned from keeping dogs for a decade
