Unsuspecting Home Depot Customer Attacked by Dog, Owner Flees Site

A case that happened last month, an unsuspecting home depot customer was bitten on the face by a canine

The canine was visiting the home depot along with his owner and trainer when this happened

Reportedly while shopping the victim was approached by the dog's owner, requesting them to offer the dog a treat

The customer agreed, however unfortunately was bitten in the face before they could back away

This was all captured in the store's surveillance camera, including the owner and trainer's desperate attempt to flee the spot

Soon the police was called and the victim hospitalized where it was concluded that  they had suffered "serious" injuries and will need facial surgery

The police has now located the owner and the trainer while the canine has been put on quarantine

In an interview, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office stated, "The owner would be held accountable for restitution or in the event of any enforcement action"
